Legendary entertainer Kamahl is performing at the opening event of the 50th annual NSW Seniors Week (6-13 April) at Darling Harbour on Sunday 6 April.
The internationally acclaimed star will perform a repertoire of easy listening hits in the open-air amphitheatre, Palm Grove. He shares the star-studded bill with pioneering folk musician Jimmy Little and 1940's-influenced 'The Kings of Swing Big Band.'
'Swing Patrol', will also guide the audience through its paces with demonstrations and lessons in Jitterbug and other dance moves from the era.
During NSW Seniors Week, Darling Harbour and The Rocks will become a hive of activity, with discounts available to NSW Seniors Card holders who present their cards to the Customer Service Desk at Harbourside Shopping Centre, Darling Harbour.
Participating attractions include Sydney Wildlife World, Powerhouse Museum, Australian National Maritime Museum, IMAX, Chinese Garden of Friendship and Sydney Aquarium.
