Is your event open to the public: * Yes      No Please note, only public events will be listed on the Seniors Week website. Do you have public liability insurance to the value of $10,000,000 or more? * Yes      No (A copy of the Public Liability certificate is to be supplied to the NSW Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care by fax on 02 8270 2110 or mail.) Conditions: Events must be held in NSW between the 6th April and the 13th April 2008. It is your responsibility to check that all of the information you submit on this site is correct and up-to-date. If your event details change, please phone (02) 8270 2140 to let us know. Events will be displayed at the discretion of DADHC. DADHC has the right to edit and approve your copy
